"Use of Alubit Leonardo ball charges in batch wet grinding process"

Industrie Bitossi is world leader since 50 years for production and distribution of high density alumina grinding media, formerly known as Alubit -90 and, further to the launch of the new formula, denominated Alubit Leonardo. One of the main activities of Industrie Bitossi is to assist the customers from the technical point of view in order to optimize the grinding conditions and reduce the industrial costs related to the milling department. The presentation was aimed to describe the entire process behind the elaboration of Alubit Leonardo multi-size grinding charges. A fully customized solution, based on the most advanced Italian technology on grinding process, applied to an extremely high quality wear resistant new product, such as Alubit Leonardo grinding media.
Thanks to the drastic reduction of grinding time and grinding media consumption, we can achieve substantial savings of industrial costs, bringing enormous benefits to those customers who have decided to take advantage of our  technical and commercial service.
